Before submission of order form, CUSTOMERS should make sure and finalize his/her orders
Submission of order form to ILOVETEE will be considered as final and confirmed orders
CUSTOMER who will cancel or terminate his / her orders during the order process shall be considered as BOGUS CUSTOMERS
Cancellation of order can only be done on the same day of ordering. CUSTOMER who will cancel or not pay their orders without prior notice shall be considered as BOGUS CUSTOMERS
ILOVETEE allows one-time revision / modification only on the design and shirt details.
Changing the existing to new orders and termination of current orders at the same time are strictly not allowed, unless the customer will pay additional personalization service charges
The contents of the design might not be exactly the same in terms of pixels, size and colors once printed and pressed to t-shirts. Designs will always be dependent on its size and resolution setups made by either CUSTOMER and ILOVETEE
All Orders will be considered as final orders once confirmed
Any changes, modification on the t-shirt details (colors, sizes, design, etc.) must be advised on the same day of ordering
ILOVETEE will not be responsible for any loss, scratches, damages and/or defects that can be found on the t-shirts due to negligence of the CUSTOMER
Orders made using Online SMS messenger such as CHIKKATXT and the likes will not be honored.
Orders will be processed for minimum of 3 days depends on the numbers and design details of the t-shirts
Target date of pickup shall start (3 days) upon recieving the payment.
Reservations of orders are considered as SOLD
NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy are strictly implemented
PICKUP METHODS can be MEET-UP or SHIPMENT
FOR MEET UP: 50% down payment shall be deposit first to our BANK ACCOUNTS and remaining 50% on the day of the meet up
Monday to Friday, 7pm – 8pm only or
Weekends (special arrangement)
MEET-UP POINTS with (free of charges)
– North (Trinoma, SM North)
– Quezon Ave. (Centris Station, Mc Donalds)
– Cubao area (Gateway, Farmers, Alimall)
– Eastwood Libis
– Cainta area (Sta Lucia MetroEast, Robinsons, SM Marikina)
Any location or area beyond the preferred meet-up points will not be acceptable
CUSTOMERS who will be late on the agreed date and time shall be charge of additional P50.00
NO SHOW UP on the agreed date and time without prior notice or advise shall be considered as BOGUS CUSTOMERS
Late notice or advise of the CUSTOMERS during the agreed date and time resulting to NO SHOW UP is subject for rescheduling of MEET UP plus additional of P50.00
FOR SHIPMENT (FULL PAYMENT + SHIPPING FEE must be deposit to our BANK ACCOUNT. Shipping fee of Php80 (Metro Manila area) or P120 (outside Metro Manila) must be shouldered by the CUSTOMER)
FULL PAYMENT is required BEFORE the target delivery date. Processing of orders (3 days) shall start upon receiving the payment
- For local shipment, we use Xend Express
- Within Manila area, 1 day; provincial basically 1-2 days depends on the location
- Tracking number will be sent to CUSTOMERS through SMS/call/Email
- ILOVETEE will not be responsible for any loss, damages and delays of delivery due to negligence of the courier
